  • 2 BRIDOR Cereals and Seeds Loaves
  • 500 g GARDEN GOURMET® Veggie Chargrilled Pieces
  • 270 g grated Beaufort
  • 80 ml whipping cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • 15 g chopped chives
  • 100 g rocket
  • Salt and pepper

  • Mix the grated Beaufort with the cream, egg and chives.
  • Cut each loaf into 10 slices and toast them under the salamander grill.
  • Place the Chargrilled Veggie Pieces on 10 slices of bread.
  • Add a small amount of the cheese mixture to the GARDEN GOURMET® Chargrilled Veggie Pieces.
  • Divide the rest of the mixture over the 10 remaining slices of bread.
  • Grill under the salamander until nicely browned.
  • Place a few rocket leaves on each slice of bread covered with GARDEN GOURMET® Chargrilled Veggie Pieces then assemble the toastie by adding the top slice.

You can serve these toasties with a salad, or vary the veggie toasties by replacing the Beaufort with Comté, Emmental, Abondance or Gruyère.
